WHO IS GYM JONES?

Darion Jones, aka Gym Jones, is a certified personal trainer based in Atlanta, GA with 7+ years of experience in helping people reach (and even exceed) their personal fitness goals. He specializes in strength training, sustainable weight loss, and muscle building. Gym Jones understands that each person is unique and therefore the method to achieve their personal fitness goals will also be unique—this is why every client receives a custom playbook (personalized fitness plan) tailored to their individual goals, lifestyle, and body type. 

 

Whether you are new to fitness or have been physically active for years, your experience will be tailored to meet you where you are now. Gym Jones offers one-on-one personal training, group personal training, and couples personal training sessions both virtually and in person. 

 

Quality nutrition and personal fitness go hand-in-hand. Gym Jones is also a Nutritionist with knowledge of muscle building foods, macros for weight loss, and the best muscle building supplements. He can help provide a nutritional guidance plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
