WELCOME TO GYM JONES 4-WEEK CALORIE BURNING PROGRAM!  THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO BURN CALORIES THROUGH STRENGTH TRAINING AND CARDIO.

 

THIS IS A 4-DAY WORKOUT REGIMEN WITH DAYS DIVIDED BY A MUSCLE GROUP FOCUS. ANYONE AT ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM BUT BY DESIGN, IT IS MEANT TO INTRODUCE BEGINNERS TO STRENGTH TRAINING WITH MANY EXERCISES FOCUSED ON ONLY USING BODY WEIGHT.  LIGHT WEIGHTS AND EQUIPMENT WILL ALSO BE USED THROUGHOUT THIS PROGRAM SO ACCESS TO A GYM OR TRAINING FACILITY IS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT 100% NECESSARY.

 

WITH AN EMPHASIS OF BURNING CALORIES, REST TIMES SHOULD BE SHORT IN ORDER TO KEEP THE HEART RATE ELEVATED. WITH THAT BEING SAID, DO NOT OVEREXERT YOURSELF! LISTEN TO YOUR BODY AND TRY TO MOVE AT A CHALLENGING BUT SAFE PACE!
